  • Don’t coach from the bleachers 

  • Fill players with positivity 

  • Allow the coach to coach and trust them 

  • No yelling at refs, opposing coaches, or players

Player Expectations

  • Showing up to practice 

  • Being coachable 

  • Be a great teammate 

  • Accepting accountability 

  • Willing to be pushed past your limit 

  • Representing Reign in a manner that reflects the program as it is. No cursing, no bullying, no non sense outside of practice and games 

  • Understanding wearing the Reign uniform is a privilege
